Within this section, you will find a link to PIA Policies and Procedures that are relevant to Polytechnic Institute Australia operations.
It is expected that you take the time to review these policies as part of your role within Polytechnic Institute Australia. The policy and procedures will provide you with a clear understanding of what processes are followed within PIA. It is of significant importance to the PIA management team that all our staff have a voice and that if you believe that there are areas that can be improved we want to hear from you. All policies have a review date, and any feedback provided regarding those policies will be taken into consideration when the policy is up for review.
If there is a policy missing that you believe we need one for, please feel free to complete the suggestion for improvement form, so that your opinion can be considered. However, before you submit your form please consider the following:
Do we really need another policy or is a flowchart, or something else more effective?
Who is it for?
What purpose does it serve?
When would it be used?
Can it be added to an existing policy?
