      IMPORTANT: Please ensure no weighted grade items are left blank, this will impact the overall grade. If the student has failed to submit, please enter zero in that grade item.

    • Please refer to these PIA instructions to ensure consistency across the institution. Please ensure when you add an assessment task using this tool, the setting for Turnitin is also "enabled" for word match checking. This is switched on by default so please do not change it.

    • Marking with Turnitin 
    • Marking using a rubric in the assignment tool is easy and efficient. It reduces the admin load for Group assessments and will automatically calculate the grades for you and send them to the gradebook.
